It was inspired by recently reading one of my favorite sites, <a href="http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/astropix.html" target="_blank">APOD</a>, and seeing them mention the Sun's age is about 4.57 billion years.  We just shrug those numbers off because of how incomprehensible they are.
